Shawn Muneio of BeQuest Funds started his real estate journey while he was working his corporate career in IT Sales. After realizing he didn’t see longevity in IT sales, he dug into the world of note investing. Reading a book about note investing sparked a fire inside of Shawn which prompted him to contact the author, who is now his business partner at the firm. BeQuest strongly believes in relationship building as a core value of their business.

After many years of success in the US tech industries, Shawn Muneio cofounded Bequest with Martin Saenz. Team-focused, collaborative, and determined, he draws inspiration from a family legacy of real estate investment and service to others. He believes in establishing business models with exponential impacts and a lasting legacy — measuring success not only by profits but by the ability to support others and give back.

Shawn earned his BS in Management Information Systems and MBA from the University of South Florida. He also mentors aspiring real estate investors and entrepreneurs. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two children, and loves taking his daughter shopping and playing legos with his son.
