Lacey Lewis’ career has morphed from a loan officer, to general contractor, to his current role as President of Houston-based Lin Development Group. He’s found his purpose in infill/vacant lot development opportunities in urban environments around Houston. He and Lance discuss his passion around the social impact of this type of investment, in terms of community safety, beautification, and economic reinvigoration. They also dig into the details of design, construction, and exit strategy.

As President and CEO of Lin Development Group, Lacey leads the daily operation for the company and oversees all phases of real estate development: land feasibility, land acquisition, planning and design, construction management, sales and marketing.

Lacey is a successful Texas real estate broker with over 14 years of real estate finance, sale, marketing and development. Mr. Lewis has been involved in new residential infill development projects in the Greater Houston Area since 2009 and totaling over $50 million in transaction volume.

Lacey remains an active Texas licensed Broker and has built great relationships within the Realtor community. The continued communication with hundreds of real estate agents, brokers and other real estate professionals allows Mr. Lewis to execute the pre-sale aspect of the business model that makes Lin Development Group so effective and successful.

Lacey is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
