Daniel Holmlund of Aalon Capital works full-time as a software developer at Intel, but still runs multifamily syndications, an investing club, and an investing podcast. Real estate investing is becoming more and more a team sport, and Daniel plays it well. He and Lance discuss the opportunities and challenges in educating professionals to take control of their financial future through real estate.

Daniel Holmlund’s job as a developer evangelist is to build bridges and add value to the relationships between different Intel technology and product groups and external customers. He runs outreach programs, customer trainings, special events, speaks at conferences, and creates content that enables developers to use Intel technology effectively in their businesses. He also takes customer feedback to the groups within Intel that are building new technologies.
Daniel started and hosts a Real Estate Investment Club for Intel employees. He works with Fortune 500 companies, as has a program for broad outreach to small business and software developer communities.
Recently, Daniel has been responsible for the Intel Industrial IoT training program, a workshop for key Intel sales partners. Past attendees included American Express, AT&T, Blackstone, Bloomberg, Boston Scientific, Eaton, Emirates Airlines, GE Digital, GlaxoSmithKline, Honeywell Aerospace, John Deere, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, New York City College of Technology, Oracle, Procter & Gamble, Schneider Electric, T-Mobile USA and many others.
Daniel is an experienced Software Engineer who enjoys working with people, conducting training workshops, conference talks, and building awesome product demos. He also enjoys reading, podcasts, real estate investing, and being with his wife and three kids.
