Blake is an experienced buy and hold real estate investor with a focus on value-add acquisitions. He began his real estate career renovating hurricane-damaged homes in the Florida Panhandle. His current portfolio consists of residential and small multifamily properties and is valued at over $1.5M. Additionally, he is an active duty Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force, and has managed and administered multi-million dollar contracts at Tyndall Air Force Base as part of the Base Rebuild Strategy that commands a $5 billion budget. Blake is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.
