Seth Teagle is a real estate investor from the Columbus, Ohio area with nearly a decade of experience. As an owner and operator of a growing multi-family portfolio, Seth has a well-established professional network in and around Columbus. These working relationships include a large network of project managers, general contractors, and material vendors; all important resources for value-add real estate investments in Central Ohio. Since his initial investment in real estate, Seth has functioned as an owner, a property manager and as an asset manager within a growing real estate portfolio.
In addition to real estate investing in apartments, Seth is a 21-year veteran of the fire service. He is currently serving as a Lieutenant with the City of Worthington. The skills obtained over his career have helped Seth obtain a deep knowledge of building construction, leading teams and operating in high stress situations to obtain peak results.
