Larry Taylor believes the key to success and longevity in real estate is focusing on a defined geographical area. For his company, Christina, that area is the Westside region of Los Angeles. While others shy away from transacting here, Larry has been all-in for 40 years. Never-ending demand, limited supply, incredible climate, diverse industries—but not without its unique set of risks. He and Lance break it down, discussing why the value comes in owning—not necessarily selling—real estate. Christina offers investors the opportunity to participate in real estate investments with a focus on tax-advantaged wealth preservation and long-term capital appreciation. They dig into his approach to acquisition, portfolio curation, exit strategies, investor education, and much more.
