Savannah Arroyo—aka “The Networth Nurse”—is a Registered Nurse in Southern California. She’s taken a unique leap by bringing her organizational and communication skills in health care into the world of multi-family syndications. Early on, Savannah saw the need to create an education platform as a part of her deals. She and Lance discuss helping people move past their narrow views of wealth-building, her preferred markets (including Oregon and Atlanta), developing a boots-on-the-ground team, and why time freedom is her ultimate goal of real estate investing.

“Hello! My name is Savannah.  I am a full-time Registered Nurse in Los Angeles, California.  I help manage multiple departments at a busy, Magnet recognized hospital. I am also a Real Estate Investor. I invest in primarily value-add multifamily syndications. 
When I first started working as a Registered Nurse, I naturally found myself working in leadership positions.  I served on committees, helped lead process improvement initiatives and worked to problem solve critical situations.  Shortly after I started working, I went back to school to receive my Masters of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration.  Since then I have led clinical services in a variety of settings.
Working as a Registered Nurse has taught me how to thrive in a fast paced, interdisciplinary team of medical professionals.  I have had the privilege of working with unforgettable patients, brilliant physicians and caretakers that will forever hold a place in my heart.
I was immediately drawn to multifamily syndications due to the many similarities to my career in nursing.   Syndicating a real estate investment requires great attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and the highest level of communication. I become energized in situations like these as overcoming challenges brings me so much fulfillment.
