Lance is the Founder and Managing Partner of Verivest, an end-to-end real estate investment platform designed to bring transparency and trust to middle-market investing, and a Principal in Fairway America, a real estate private equity firm in Portland, Oregon.

Charles Carillo is a partner at Florida-based Harborside Partners, and host of the Global Investors Podcast. Charles joins Lance to talk about his approach to helping foreign investors — and Americans — enter the U.S. real estate market. He shares key indicators for analyzing multi-family deals: the importance of boots-on-the-ground, increasing NOI without simply raising rents, and finding hidden management efficiencies. They also look ahead toward impending cap rate compression, safe harbor during inflation, and the under-appreciated industrial asset class.
