Ryan lives in the Raleigh-Durham area and is a twenty year veteran of the software industry, having worked for a variety of startups and small consultancies. His last role was as CTO of Durham-based fintech startup, which he saw grow from 3 employees to 80 during his 6 years there.
Ryan brings the same transparent, process-oriented, technology-centric approach to managing multifamily partnerships at Flywheel Equity that served him so well in tech and believes that institutional caliber real estate should no longer be limited solely to the already wealthy.
