Lance is the Founder and Managing Partner of Verivest, an end-to-end real estate investment platform designed to bring transparency and trust to middle-market investing, and a Principal in Fairway America, a real estate private equity firm in Portland, Oregon.

Our guest for today’s show is Bryan Pritchard with Tricap Residential based in Chicago. Bryan shared with us how viewing himself as first and foremost an “operator” shapes his perspective as a multifamily syndicator and how that mindset is ultimately a risk mitigant and value creator. Bryan has placed company culture above all else and it ends up having an outsized impact on the tenants within their communities, investors and, most importantly, their employees.
