Chris Mills is a financial advisor to passive and active investors, and joins Lance to talk all things ALT. Chris specializes in alternative investments like DSTs, Opportunity Zone Funds, and Income Funds. In this show, he provides insight around the need for added scrutiny in the face of lofty projections and dysfunctional buying/selling behaviors. He and Lance also dig into the “Illiquidity trap”, and how to diversify within alts to avoid that risk.
