Andy values his long-standing personal relationships with brokers, operators, institutional lenders, private equity firms, and has orchestrated over $750 Million in commercial real estate transactions over a 20 year career. 

Andy graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics. He is on the Board of Advisors for a number of top-flight companies across the US and is active in many community and national organizations. When not searching for deals, he is at home in San Diego with his wife and 3 kids.
