John M. Mansour, is Chief Executive Officer of Titan Funding, LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to joining Titan Funding, Mansour was Branch Manager of Proficio Mortgage Ventures, LLC’s Boca Raton operation, one of the largest branches by volume and employment in the Proficio system. The Branch was accountable for all aspects of residential lending activity throughout the United States. As Branch Manager, Mr. Mansour needed to supplement the Bank’s operational licenses by obtaining 16 individual State licenses. The Branch was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in residential loan originations annually. Mr. Mansour is particularly versed in JUMBO and Portfolio lending. Mr. Mansour held similar positions at First Choice Loan Services and Berkley Capital before joining Proficio.
Prior to his Banking career, Mr. Mansour was a Real Estate Developer for more than 20 years and owner of J.M. Developments, Inc. where he developed and built over $300 million worth of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Mansour coordinated and managed all development activities from concept, site acquisition, site planning, engineering, governmental approval, financing, building, and property disposition.
Mr. Mansour has also engaged in significant Private Equity Investment. His investments have included real estate, aviation, maritime, technology and hospitality.
Mr. Mansour began his career at Arthur Young & Company after graduating from the Business School at Georgetown University with a degree in Accounting.
Mr. Mansour has served on the Board of Directors of The State Bank, and Fenton City Council. Further, he served as chairman of the City of Fenton Local Development Finance Authority.
