Rob Boese, a native New Yorker, is a life-long commercial real estate expert with a passion for industrial property. He migrated to his now wife’s home state of California after the 2008 crash where he established an independent commercial brokerage firm, specializing in industrial real estate, where he was a top producer in his region for Industrial property. Rob has participated in every aspect of real estate during his tenure including development of his family’s east coast properties, tenant and landlord leasing representation in New York City, acquisition & disposition of all asset classes in California, asset management and operations of multi-tenant industrial, and private equity fundraising.
